IPAM Express don't start (first start)

Hi all,

 

I installed VMWare Player 5.1, Windows 7 Prof. Durch first boot of Image, IPAM express hangs 

 

Entering Kernel Start ..

Kernel is alive now

Startim VMWare Tools ....

Info blox system initializing

Starting  ...

from now on nothing happens

 

VMplayer Config Network is bridged ....

 

Any ideas? Many thanks in advance wherever you are

    I have the same problem; however, I think the IPAM server is running:

    Entering Kernel Start ...
    Kernel is alive now
    Starting VMWare Tools ....
    Infoblox system initializing...
    Starting services...

    Nothing after that. Can't get a login prompt. After a while, the IPAM appliance screen goes blank.

    I am running VMWare Fusion Version 4.1.4 (900582) on a MAC OSX 10.7.5
    IPAM acually started when I tried this at home (very limited network). I was able to look at the DHCP log and discover the IP address of the IPAM appliance and access IPAM via my web browser. Now, at work, I do not have access to the DHCP logs or the ARP table from the router so I can't discover the IPAM IP address. I connot log in to the IPAM appliance since it will not respond to any keyboard input. I guess I could use the competition's IP administration tools and discover the IPAM IP address, but that seems counter productive......

    I know it is a little late, but are you still having problems with IPAM Express?

    Yes, I have never been able to get IPAM to complete the start-up sequence. It make it very hard to evaluate. I think I have seen in another thread that this is a known problem and a possible solution may be out in a week or so. Please keep me informed if an updated package becomes available.

    Hello!
    I downloaded the lastet version of IPAM Express and have the same problem!
    I tryed antoher PC and a anthoer tool to virtualize, but IPAM hangs.

    Have tried older Build and new Build , still same "frozen" startup issue for me, not sure how I can evaluate something that has these kind of issues...

    As of 04/18/2014 - the latest version available InfobloxIPAMExpress201402.zip is still unable to boot.

    Any resolution???
