Infoblox Express VM ESXi Installation
Greetings,
I'm a Infoblox newbie and just recently downloaded the InfoBlox Express vm. The instructions only covers installing the vm on either wmare player or fusion. Insteadd of these platforms, I need to install the vm on esxi 5.5. I imported the vmdk, but it crashes on startup complaining about the scsi disk setup.
Has anyone gotten this to work successfully that can sure their experience with me.
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
Cheers,
Jaime

Hi Jaime,
I'm sorry, but yes, IPAM Express is designed to run on only VMPlayer, Workstation, and Fusion.

Just an FYI... I was able to get IPAM Express working in ESXi 5.5 by running the downloaded VM files through vCenter Converter and converting it from a VMPlayer VM to an ESXi VM... Runs like a charm in my vSphere environment...0

Hi Jeff,
I got the IPAM Express running on VM ESXI 5.0.
How can i configure static IP on the IPAM Express?0 -
Thanks, Jeff, for sharing! Patrick, you cannot currently configure a static IP on IPAM Express. We are working on adding this feature in the next release.

That would be great. I'm trying to setup that on static IP PC, it is not working. So this is no use for me. I'm looking forward to static IP integration.0
