Please provide support as we found that the internal Infoblox Appliance DNS name is exposed externally

Support tickets are for support and you will need to be a lot more specific about how your set up is configured and what the actual problem is.
1) If it is an internal appliance, why has your firewall permitted external access to the Internal DNS server?2) Or do you mean your internal ZONE is loaded on the external facing DNS server? (In which case, stop hosting it on the external server?)
3) Or do you mean that you are running external DNS and the NIOS appliance's internal FQDN is visible in the public SOA record or NS record? (in which case you may need to override the MNAME record but with out more detail, who can say?)0
