Hello blur_nom,

Apparently, this is a bug from VirtualBox. Check the link below for the bug reference and workaround.

Hope this helps,

I think, Virtual Box is not supported. Please try VMware Workstation (which is apparently also not offically supported but works for the most part) or ESXi 5+

Neither VirtualBox or VMware Workstation are supported for production workloads. However, both can be used for lab and testing purposes (I've been using VMware Workstation for 4 years and never had any kind of issue).

Official compatibility for hypervisors list can be found at this link: https://support.infoblox.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/6323/kw/Compatibility%20Matrix

Please note that NIOS 8.0 is no longer supported in ESXi 5.0, is partially supported at 5.1 and not supported at 6.5. In addition, NIOS 7.3, is partially supported at ESXi 6.0.

I am doing some tests on Virtualbox and the machine stucks at boot right after the install.

Can you please be more accurate on how I run it on a Virtualbox 6.0 or if its is not compatible - we clear that aspect, so I look for alternatives.

I am attaching a screnshot of my issue:
