To our Valued Infoblox Customers and Partners,
We at Infoblox understand that many of you are facing very serious challenges due to the ongoing COVID-19/Coronavirus pandemic, and want to let you know that we are here to help in any way we can.
You rely on Infoblox solutions to manage not just your networks, but your businesses, and part of how we repay the trust that you put in us includes doing everything possible to ensure that we can continue to provide you with the service and assistance that you deserve and expect.
To that end, I want to let you know some of the things that Infoblox is doing to make sure that you can focus on running your business during these challenging times, and not worry about your network.
We have in place a robust Business Continuity Plan (BCP) that we regularly review and update, and which has now been fully implemented to ensure the security, availability and resiliency of our solutions and our operational structures and processes. We have also created a corporate-wide Pandemic Leadership Team (PLT) that has tested and honed our BCP to the unique challenges presented by the COVID-19/Coronavirus pandemic. Our responses to this challenge include:
Commitment to Customers and Partners
The health and wellness of our people and our communities is our number one priority. And we recognize that the provision and support of Infoblox’s solutions have a critical role in ensuring your own business continuity and ability to operate in these evolving circumstances. We are committed to delivering business-as-usual services to all of our customers and have enabled all functions of our business with the tools necessary to ensure customer/partner support. Furthermore, my executive team will have increased oversight and engagement on any and all escalation requests.
Continued Service and Support
We have taken proactive action to reduce person-to-person interaction by shifting to a full-time work-from-home status for our employees and have ensured that everyone has the tools and support necessary to do their jobs without disruption. We are opening more channels of direct communication between all business functions, and are committed to transparently communicating updates with employees, customers and partners.
Finally, we recommend that our customers and partners hold off any non-mission critical changes to a production network that may introduce unplanned risk.
Employee Safety and Precautions
We are working closely with local and federal health officials and following all recommendations with regard to workplace safety, including halting all non-essential travel, postponing in-person group meetings and events, and limiting other person-to-person interaction by shifting to virtual events and webinars and to video conferencing for interactive face-to-face communications.
We continue to aggressively monitor the outbreak and adhere to health officials’ instructions and stand ready to adjust these plans at a moment’s notice. We will of course be fully transparent with you and the rest of our community as we update these plans, which will be made available on Infoblox’s support site.
We know that Infoblox solutions are an essential part of your businesses, and that safe and reliable networking is especially critical during moments of crisis and uncertainty. Thank you for trusting your critical network infrastructure to Infoblox.
I hope for your continued well-being during this challenging time, and once again reiterate our commitment to helping in any way that we can.
Regards,
Jesper Andersen
