CNAME/Alias name update via VRO

For Oracle automation, vRO needs to provision an Infoblox/DNS entry for the Database Name (oracle.db_name) pointing to the primary address of the VM being provisioned.

The Infoblox entry should be associated with the vRA deployment such that when the deployment is deleted, the Infoblox entry is also deleted.
