What are the likely causes of REFUSED message?

Hello,

It depends on what you are trying to do. However, from my experience, it’s one of the following:

70% of the time it’s a credential or authentication issue.

20% it’s a firewall or network connection issue.

5% it’s an incompatibility with protocols.

5% it’s a bug.
