CA Certificate problem when integrating with active directory

Hi,

 

I have a problem when integrating with active directory. When I use SSL and upload the CA coming from the Active Directory Server and type in the FQDN of the server  under Server Name section it gets an error upon Testing the connectivity. An invalid fqdn or something like that kind of errpr. Infoblox does not seem to recognize the fqdn. Is there something like a hosts file in infoblox where I can explicitly hardcode the fqdn and ip? or am i missing something else?
