How can i make my Infoblox as Dedicated Name server on Internet

I have infoblox with public ip address.

Hostname for this infoblox is ns1cgydns.ca

 

I have registered this domain with vendor.

Vendor has there name severs advertising this to rest of the world.

 

1>Is it possible I can become onwer of this domain?

 

2>How can I make  this infoblox as Dedicated Name server and advertise  to rest of the world?
