That looks like the solution I was looking for! Unfortunately we are still running 8.2 and it appears Super Host were added for 8.3. I think I will start creating host records and then consolidate them when we upgrade. Thank you for the response!
You can use the discovery tool to detect active IP addresses in a network. Network discovery is used by Network Insight / NetMRI. There is no harm is performing this. You would be doing it purely for your own management of the network/DHCP ranges.
