How to Use the Ideas Portal

The Ideas Portal is your space to shape the future of Infoblox! It's designed to give Infoblox customers and partners an open space to suggest new features and capabilities, vote on other members' ideas, and help us build better products that solve your problems.

Follow the tips below to get the most out of the Ideas Portal and watch ideas turn into reality.

Be Specific. When submitting a new idea, provide as much detail as possible. This makes it easier for product teams and solution engineers to review your idea and take the appropriate action. A member of our team may message you directly or comment on your idea in order to gain more information.

Post with Intention. Our customers and partners have tons of great ideas. We encourage you to prioritize your suggestions and post the ones that you find most valuable. By submitting only your best ideas, this allows us to spend more time looking into each one and decide which ideas to prioritize.

Upvote Others. See an idea you like? Click on that idea and click on the up arrow below the post to upvote it. Upvotes tell us which ideas our members like the most and help influence the decision of which ideas we prioritize.

Note the Status. When clicking into each idea, you'll notice the idea status next to the upvotes. This is our way of communicating where the idea is in the process, from Submitted to Implemented. You'll also see when the status was last updated.

When a status is updated, you may find additional details in the comments.
