Not able to access infoblox through service now (by using infoblox spoke present in service now)

Hi ,

 

I am not able connect infoblox NIOS 8.4.0 through servicenow . I have given credentials and connections in service now but it is not connecting to infoblox .

 

In service now it is showing - "An Unexpected error occured. Please see the api response for more details."

 

And in infoblox logs it is showing - "apparentlyi_via=Remote ip=218.92.0.168 auth=PAM:"

 

I am not able to find wapi version of my infoblox?
