Looking for help in clarification on ansible support before deploying.

 

Our technical sales team indicated that if we run into issues with ansible we can go through normal support channels for help.

 

I have noticed a few posts here and wondering if those were just to take advantage of the community or if you had push back on using the normal support channels.
