I've spent 4 hours trying to figure out Application only Oauth using CURL. Would love some help, as Im somewhat new to CURL and Oauth. Im guessing I've left out a parameter, encoded incorrectly, or am missing some other basic in the header?

Here is my statement (I've replaced my app's client id below just for safety):
