Switches that were deployed without a valid SNMP setup, how can I automate adding them.

We have a handful of switches that for whatever reason are not connecting with SNMP.

How can we force Netmri to  use the CLI creds that are configured for all other switches, so we can automate pushing the SNMP commands down again to these devices. Without the SNMP in place the initial cred test doesn't work and cannot set the credentials automatically via the discovery process.

Obviously I can set the CLI Creds manually on each device, but would rather have it be automated if possible.

Also is it possible to build a group that includes a criteria for devices that are reachable?
