Custom Redirect Issue [ Edited ]

I am trying to configure custom redirect but there is no enough documentation about the subject.

Below Link shows that Public IPs can be used.

I need to know if there is a step missing, because after creating the custom redirect using one of the listed IP addresses and using the custom redirect object in the policy it seems that redirection is not working properly.

Are these IP addresses a preperty of Infoblox ? How it can be used by different entites without conflict ?

Open a support ticket for this, most of those IPs are AWS elastic IPs.
