Best way to reserve first few hosts per ip range

We're only using Infoblox as an IPAM.

I'm looking for the best way to reserve the first 3 hosts per subnet for the router address and VRRP. I think it might be in Data Management>DHCP>Templates, but that doesn't seem exactly right because there's not an option for the subnet to inherit attributes, besides the fact that we don't use the DHCP functionality. And the subnets are already in IPAM, so I would need to update them via CSV or something.

Any ideas?
