Hello everyone,
I am coming across an issue on some of my Aruba switches and Checkpoint devices. When I check Network Explorer > Discovery > search for the device IPs > i see that I have all green checkboxes except for the config collect.
Failed to collect config / check device viewer for details.
When I go to the device viewer I cannot find the more details area.
I was thinking of deleting these devices and having NetMRI rediscover them but I wanted to see if anyone has see this issue before.
Can anyone help me please find more details as to why these devices are failing.
