Reset the port switch not getting IP. [ Edited ]

Hi,

When I go to the Switch > Forwarding on the right lsit on the switch window details, sometimes I find ports connected with devices that have MAC addresses but not getting IP.

The basic solution for it is reset the port (shut and no shut). 

Is there a way to run a script to check those ports not getting IP's and reset them?
