DHCP Import wizard issues

I am trying to use the import wizard to import and am getting "wrong username or password". I am logging in with an account that has super admin privileges and the correct info. I've copied and pasted and typed it in several times. Has anyone else had this issue before? Even when I try parsing the data It seems not to work either. I'm on 8.6.2 and have installed the correct import wizard.
