Dhcp request limitation by active directory account

Dear Expert,

I am running poc for dhcp authentivication active portal , client requirment to restricted thier user device to be connected to network.

The want to limit only 2 device per AD account that could get IP address from dhcp.

Does infoblox able to do it ? Or infoblox has to integrate with other vendor

Please share with me if someone has experience with that
