disable DNS cache for single domain?

Maybe I am not using the correct terms but I would like to disable the DNS cache acceleration for a single domain.  I have a vendor site that is boucing all over the place and a couple of times a week I have to clear the cache to get the site to work for my users.  Is it possible to maintain the cacheing for all site except "myvendor.com"?
