DIW Tool - To import Fixed Lease Address

Hi,

I am trying to use the DIW tool to import DHCP scope from RED Hat DHCP. DHCP scopes etc works fine but every /24 network has Host/ fixed addresses within it. These are IP's binded to MAC.

If i open the Lease file using DIW - i can see these but it doesnt allow me to import. It says that the sunet doesnt exist but it does exist in Infoblox.

The file from RedHat is Lease file. Just wondering if this is the correct file or is there some other method to export and import this information.
