DNS Grid Active Active [ Edited ]

Newbie here,

Let say I have 3 offices in New York, Tokyo, Singapore

Each office has Infoblox as member of grid

Here my requirements

1. OPTION1

user primary dns will pointed to their local dns i.e Singapore user has primary dns Singapore dns ip

Singapore user secondary dns will be pointed to nearest dns server which is Tokyo

I hope those can be done using dhcp automatically

2. OPTION2

instead of dhcp statically set Singapore user primary and secondary dns

dhcp will only give 1 local dns ip

so if SG dns down, dhcp will automatically set primary dns to Tokyo

Is that possible in Infoblox?
