Group Role Permissions

I've created a Group Role for my Desktop support group that allows them to handle Fixed and Reserved addresses on their own; however, they are unable to restart servcies when it's call for..

I can't seem to find which Grid Attribute that would would allow them to restart servcies when it's call for without granting other activities I would prefer they don't have access to.

Can anybody zero me in the the attribuite I need to enable to premeit this action by this group?
