Help for an upgrade path [ Edited ]

Hi,

I had to make a NIOS Upgrade for one of my customer.

Actually, he ran NIOS 7.2.7, and i ant to upgrade to NIOS 8.X

I Think that i'm going to make an upgrade from 7.2.7 to 7.3.18 firstly.
Then, i will run a second upgrade from 7.3.18 to 8.3.2.

What do you think about that ? What do you recommend ?

If you check the release notes for the version of NIOS that you want to upgrade to, you can find details about the versions of NIOS that you can upgrade from. For example, in the NIOS version 8.3.2 release notes, you will find the following:

BEFORE YOU INSTALL
Infoblox has tested and validated the following upgrade paths for NIOS 8.3.2:
8.3.1, 8.3.0, 8.3.0 EA 2, 8.3.0 EA 1, 8.2.7, 8.2.6, 8.1.8, 8.0.11, 7.3.18, and 7.2.19

Since you are coming from 7.2.9, you will need to upgrade to an intermediary release. Any of the versions listed above will work.
