How can I allow a new network in a client to query the dns?

Hi,

Recently we cretated a new network in a customer. We permit the traffic in a Fw but the flow doesn´t works. I remember that in infoblox will permit the new network but I don´t remember when can i do it. 

I'm not sure but it possible that this configuration we can do in dns view -- match client and allow value but I´m not sure.
