Infoblox DTC for proxy load balancing TCP port 80 [ Edited ]

I'm looking for to purchase DTC license but would like to check if it's possible to do load balancing for Internet Proxies within pac file over TCP port 80.

Any use cases or suggestions are appreciated.

From what I have seen of the product, yes, you can do health checks for both HTTP and HTTPS services, so you should be able to provide proxy services.  I'd suggest using a test appliance with temp licenses to give it a try!!  I've used the Hyper-V appliance downloads to test via Windows 10.  Just enable Hyper-V and you can install the Infoblox appliance on your PC.  Just check that you have the resources to run it!
