Invalid QCLASS in DNS error messages?

I'm seeing DNS responses with the response code "Refused" and a single Question with a QCLASS of 6 or 29807. Those both seem to be considered available for assignment by IETF Review. Any ideas what those QCLASSes mean coming from an Infoblox device?
