according to NIOS_9.0.5_Release_Notes_RevD.pdf, NIOS-101512 LAN2 bug is fixed

NIOS-101512 Major HA link checking needed to be turned off and the default value needed to be set to off.

Are you talking about NIOS-101649 ?

If so, I'd also like to know if this one is resolved.
