Need help with a DNS issue.

Hi,

 

I created a incorrect Dns delegation today in the following manner:

 

Instead of just typing the host name I typed a complete FQDN so the infoblox attached the domain name again and my record looked liked the following:

E.g. test.abc.com.abc.com.

 

We have been having debate on the issues it can cause. Can anyone please let me know the worse case scenario or what issues can it cause in terms of DNS?

 

I will really appreciate your help.
