Network Insight: Automatic Containerization

I've noticed that NI sometimes automatically creates a container for a network.  Often there's only a single subnet in that container.  If I delete and re-parent, the container appears again later.  Is there a way to prevent this from occurring?

Solved.  Network Insight was operating perfectly. An admin had changed some nets without updating IPAM.  NI was revealing the true status of the nets, which the admin changed from /24 to /23 and /22.  As a result, NI placed the nets in a container.  In this case, NI was notifying that something had changed!
