Search for Hosts not configured for DNS

Does anyone have a good way to search for the hosts that are not enabled for DNS?

WAPI doesn't allow you to search on the 'configured_for_dns' option (this doesn't make sense and really should be a searchable item.)  This might not be used a lot, but would be very helpful to find people's screw ups.

I also attempted a smart folder with Type Host where Name does not end with blah.com, but it ignores the domain name.
