Threshold Email notification in failover pair

Hi all,

 

If the case of DHCP failover pair that allocates IP 50/50, when threshold is reached which member will send the email?

We try in the lab and found that when primary member allocated the threshold IP, the secondary member was the one that sent the email, is this correct?
