Timestamp in audit.logs [ Edited ]

The logs in audit.log is of the format:

2020-09-03 11:30:00.017Z [admin]: Login_Allowed - - to****

The timestamp which I can see is of the format:

YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS.FFFZ

I have two questions:

1) Is this format fixed, or can it be configured or modified.
2) Across all versions, is the format standard for audit.logs.

The timestamp format (in UTC) is fixed in audit logs and is the same across the versions,
