Unable to delete admin account / Indexer reporting service is failed

Hi,

 

I have an IB-1415 as DNS, an IB-825 as ADP and IB-805 as reporting, when I try to delete an admin account the confirmatión box send the next error: "Cannot access the reporting server.". Then I go to Grid --> Grid Manager --> here the reporting status appears like "Indexer reporting service is failed.". After that looking at the Grid --> Upgrade the server is running, so I don't know were is the issue with the reporting server.  The three servers are running the 8.3.2-376768 NIOS version.
