Upgrade Infoblox Grid Master and 2 members

Hi Team,

 

We have 3 devices one is GM and other two are Grid members.

There is no HA config.

I have 3 upgrade groups

Grid MAster 

NS1

Distribute to Members
 Simultaneously Sequentially
Upgrade Members
 Simultaneously Sequentially
 
NS2
 
Distribute to Members
 Simultaneously Sequentially
Upgrade Members
 Simultaneously Sequentially
 
I did upgrade to 8.4.8 and once GM came backonline then two members in Upgrade group NS1 and 2 also went offline at same time.
IS this be design?
what config i can do so that only NS1 reboots for update and once it is back online then NS2 should update and reboot?
