Is there a way to import VLANs through a CSV import? Looking to add a list of vlans (and vlan names) to a VLAN view, and adding vlans to a network, both for existing vlans and when adding new networks through a CSV import.

The VLAN data fields are documented in the manual, but the Headers you normally need are not. I'd also expect vlan options under the network header.
