End Host MAC Addresses running halfDuplex

We are trying to identify all end devices that are running Half Duplex.  We have a "Incorrect-Duplex-Setting" warning that provides switch name / switch port but I would like to run a report that would also provide the end device IP, DNS, MAC, etc.  Anything to help identify the end device so we do not need to manually gather that information for each switch port running in half...

 

Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
