exporting reports in pdf

Hi,

I have custom report and was working fine for "100 TOP RPZ", all of the sudden i am unabale to export in pdf and is working fine if i export in excel.

"Error connecting  to /servicesNS/infoblox-admin/infoblox-admin/infoblox/search/parser"The read Operation timed out",)")

I done reboot the appliance and even created new reprot error is same.

Any body have idea.
