Generate report based on fingerprint and network range

First let me state total newb so be gentle. I've been asked to generate a report looking for Windows 7 devices in a certain address range. I'm looking for guidance on the best way to approach this. I started with the DHCP Lease History report and added LEASE_IP="10.32.0.0/11" and search Fingerprint="Microsoft Windows Vista*". I get duplicate entries because we run DHCP in a HA pair.

 

What do you recommend as the best way to get this information?
