InfoBlox RPZ refresh is ok or failure has occurred , what is that mean?

Hi there 

 

I am new to the InfoBlox system, I am getting these type of emails from the infoblox itself 

 

RPz failure has occured or RPZ refresh is ok

 

what is that mean and how to check this failure incase if it occured again?
