In the NIOS UI, go to the reporting tab. When the reporting page loads, it defaults to showing the "Home Dashboard". Scroll down to the bottom of the page. There is a widget called "Today's License Usage (GB) which shows you today's ingestion of data. Next to it is the "License Usage Trend Per Member" which shows data ingestion over time.
