CSV Job Manager / CSV Export, or "Export data in Infoblox CSV Import Format" will list the DHCP options associated with fixed addresses. (not Export visible data) For hosts, the DHCP options are stored on the hostaddress subobject.

You can use the search function. This example will return all records that have the hostname host12345 followed by a periond: curl -k1 -u admin:infoblox -X GET 'https://192.168.1.2/wapi/v2.11/search' -d 'fqdn:=host12345.'
