How to create filter in IB WAPI

Hello IB experts,

 

IB newbie here. I created a filter in the IB GUI in the browser. I'm trying to recreate this filter using the IB WAPI for eventual use in my VB.NET application. The filter is "Network Type equals VoIP Server". I noticed both macfilteraddress and logicfilterrule but can't find any examples and so don't know if those are the ones I need.

 

Can someone help me out with this please? Can't seem to find how to do this anywhere.
