Bloxfest cancellation policy?

I see that the location and pricing are now firm.  What's the registration cancellation policy?

Cancellation policy:

Bloxfest guests can cancel registration by April 15 for a refund less a $100 processing fee.

You can transfer to another employee until May 2 without incurring a fee, but if that transfer cancels....the fee is forfeited.
