I use Network Insight and would like to create a DSB for some POE cameras.  Is there any documentation or config guide on DSB creation?  I know I can get support to create custom DSBs, but I would like to learn how to create them without support assistance.

This doc mentions "Device Support Guide", but I haven't been able to find it.

Any help would be well appreciated!

Did you ever find the guide.  I saw the same thing and am looking for the guide.
