No licensed switches are displayed in the Topology tab

When accessing the "Network Explorer> Topology" tab, the switches and network devices are not displayed, the message appears: "Unable to Load" Version 7.4.5, the switches are licensed and are being displayed in the "Switch Port Management" These devices the collections are being made and discovered and validation are Ok for Snmp, CLI etc ... (they are being categorized in the right group) but there is an error in the Topology tab ... Can someone help me please?

I redid the installation, cleaned the database, and tried again and it gives the same problem!

Hi buddy, do try flushing the DNS once and reinstalling the setup, that should help.
