DHCP Option 121 - How to configure?

I have a customer who wants a /16 subnet to all point to a specific default route via the use of DHCP option 121. I see how to configure this (Data Management > IPAM > Network > IPv4 DHCP Options > Customer DHCP Options > Select 121).

 

However, I do not know how to configure the option to use the specific IP the customer is requesting.

 

Does anyone have experience with this?

 

If the customer wants the default route to point to 192.168.1.1, how and where would I input that?
