DIW get stuck during connection setup on MacOS

Hi all,

the data import wizard get stuck on my Mac (13.4.1) during the initial connection setup to the NIOS appliance. The wizard does not even reach the query regarding the HTTPS certificate (cf. diw.png).

I tried various version of DIW (9.0.0 & 8.6.0), started it in the terminal (java -jar ...) - even with sudo, disabled the firewall, but the behaviour is still the same.

Hello, any update on this?
I'm also stuck at the same place right now - both my Mac and 2 different Windows servers are behaving exactly like this...
Messed around with this yesterday and the issue seems stoo be relted to the Java version - when using 64bit Java this happens on both Mac and Win platforms
With 32 bit Java everything works as expected
